Myself and three friends from the Crossfit gym we go to in Lutterworth have entered a crossfit competition oganised to raise money for Cancer charities.  Our team are hoping to raise some money for Prostate Cancer Uk (Men United). This is a charity dear to my heart as my Father-in-Law had this type of cancer and he passed away just before the turn of the year. We will be taking part in several workouts throughout the day and we will only learn what they are a few minutes before we start them.
